CFC has operated in Uptown Creston since 2009, first on Pine Street and now located on Adams Street in a fully renovated office space. We chose Creston as our home because of the people, family and friends here that have supported our business since day one.
We provide health care services to all ages, with a variety of treatment modalities and techniques tailored to the individual's specific condition and complaint.
Our Staff
Dr. Gabe Carroll
Dr. Gabe is a 2001 graduate of Creston High School, a 2003 graduate of Carlson College of Massage Therapy in Anamosa, Iowa and a 2009 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. He is a Doctor of Chiropractic, Licensed Massage Therapist and holds a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate.
Dr. Linda Holbrook, B.S., D.C., F.A.S.A.
Dr. Linda is also a chiropractor! She is a graduate of Michigan State University where she majored in Psychology, received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, and her Acupuncture certificate from The Acupuncture Society of America in Kansas City. Dr. Linda completed her Dry Needling certification through Structure and Function Education. In her spare time, Dr. Linda is an Off-Ice Official for the American Hockey League.
